Group Therapy
Experience the incredible support that comes from Soulful Psychology®’s group therapy services.
Connect with Likeminded People
We offer therapy in a group setting with people who have similar experiences or life challenges. Our groups are usually made up of eight to ten people who come together on a weekly basis to discuss their challenges and receive support and guidance from fellow group members and a Soulful Psychology® therapist. A communal approach to therapy can be extremely healing as it provides a safe and compassionate environment of likeminded people who work together to solve problems and heal symptoms. Our group therapists facilitate the conversation topics and are extremely invested in your wellbeing.

Join a Communal Approach to Therapy
Our supportive and interactive group therapy sessions entail having members share their life experiences and emotions while also gaining from the insights of other group members. Group therapy helps members develop coping mechanisms and improve emotional wellbeing. The value of doing therapy in a group is that members get to practice, in real-time, learning how to resolve issues with the help of other group members. Group dynamics help increase interpersonal connections and builds social skills. Also, group therapy creates a community to help reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation.
Gain Support From Peers
Group therapy is a community of peers who are going through similar life circumstances as you and will participate together in the healing process. Soulful Psychology®’s group therapy provides a safe environment to process and heal your struggles alongside group members who relate and can offer their perspective, support, and care; the group therapy dynamic is reciprocal as it invites your perspectives, support, and care to group members as well.

“The great SOUL is the person who has taken on the task of change. If [they are] able to transcend fear, to act out of courage, the whole group will benefit and each one, in his or her own life, will be suddenly more courageous, though they may not see how or why.”
